Their customer service is exceptional and working with them was a breeze. They delivered on time as promised and have a wide range of awning and shade products and desins to choose from. With so many options available, I highly recommend them and will definitely return for future purchases.

I bought a 12 feet retractable awning from Craft-Built two month ago. I researched the company and product on line and went to their office in Ajax where I got all the explanations I needed to to confirm my selection. The sales person was very helpful, not pushy, understood the location and our needs and tone me down with accessories not required. The awning was ready before the promise date.
I did not install it yet. I will do it in spring and update this comment at that time.
Overall i had a very good experience with Craft Built.

I just had a retractable awning installed on my 3rd-floor deck. It was a hard installation due to the height and the configuration of the existing deck walls. I was leaving the country in a few days so it was imperative the installation was completed on that day. It was much harder than expected to get it hoisted and once up some of the existing deck boards had to be cut to fit which they did for me. Bart and his exceptional team worked until 9:30 PM even after it was dark to complete the job. I cannot express the hard work and exceptional customer service I received. Other businesses should take note.

I bought 8 stacking windows from Craft-Bilt for our pine cottage porch for do-it-yourself installation. The installation was a breeze, and the windows look and work beautifully.

Good Product. Mounting instructions were poor (v. confusing and poorly written) and no screws for mounting were included. Product is good so far. Excellent staff. The staff were very courteous and helpful. Also patient. I called several times for clarification and they also sent fabric samples when requested. I should have inquired more about measurements I guess.
