A couple months ago we moved into our new house, at first we did not pay much attention to the smell of cigarette smoke hoping that a fresh paint of coat and renovation will fix it all up. We were wrong, once we started using the heater the smell had increased. Our home inspector suggested that we have duct cleaning service performed. Many times we have read bad reviews on duct cleaning and had doubts about which company to select. After some thorough research we stumbled upon www.nadca.com and thought that a fire truck had showed up, but it was simply their equipment their equipment that was the newest state of the art equipment on the market. Technicians Jacek and Viktor had explained the process of the service to us. I have never seen such high variety of equipment used for one job. They had every type of brush and whip, hoses and cables. They also sprayed into our ducts a special odor neutralizer. I really want to thank Simmco Inc for their cleanliness and professionalism, and recommended this company to anyone who wants to see high quality work that fits their budget!

I have done a complete renovation of my house and decided on SIMMCO INC to clean our ducts after I have seen them a few times in our neighbourhood. When I gave them a call I was worried if they can handle the job because everything was just freshly done and I did not want to see any damages. I advised them to make sure to take care of the walls and floors, I did not want to take any risks. Iryna from the office reassured me that all of their technicians are professionally trained and that they can handle the toughest jobs. When the crew arrived, Slava and Viktor impressed me with their clean look and uniforms. They used protective cover sheets wherever they needed to use their equipment, as well as cover booties on their shoes. They also used white gloves when they touched the walls. They gave me before and after pictures of the whole process, and left my ducts and house spotless. I was really satisfied and impressed! Thanks for the great job, looking forward to seeing you again.
