A City Limos Ltd

I would highly recommend not using this company.
I had called and reserved a " Royce limo" for my wife's birthday. What showed up? A Chrysler 300 with a kit car fitted to it. The enterior of the "Rolls Royce " was very dirty( matts with mud , finger prints all over the windows and fixtures.) The outside of the car was mud caked along the bottom, rims were cracked and front driving light broken. The best part..... They didn't even come pick us up.

Never ever use this limo company. The whole expierence was terrible and when you confront them about the terrbile service, they deny what had happened and refuse to refund you anything!! After fighting with them, they tell you they will give you some money back and never actually do it. Then they deny ever saying they would refund you! The half star is only because you have to put something.

We had called this limo about 3 times to confirm we were getting a rolls royce limo for our 21st birthday, we also confirmed we would be driving around for one hour before dropping us off at our destination. The limo came half an hour early and it was the wrong limo. Then the driver goes on to tell us he cant drive us around just drop us off, we told him we had confirmed he would drive us around for an hour but he began getting very rude so we finally agreed he would just drop us off. When driving we asked him to pick our two friends up on the way and he was very rude about it and saying no however finally agreed. during the ride we asked to go to the washroom and for him to pull aside at a store or somewhere, he said no again and we tried pleading with him but he would not have it. We arrived at our destination- well a block away, he wouldnt drop us off in front- the point of the limo, an hour too early. thanks for the night... not

The Rolls-Royce Phantom was extremely beautiful.
