All personnel were pleasant and accommodating. The workmanship was equivalent to our expectations and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is interested in their services.
We have been working with James and his crew (which are all just amazing!!!) for I think 6 renovations (three different houses). He has also done work for my bother's and my mother's homes. I can speak for all of us, we would use no other contractor..... and we tried one once. Renos are expensive, and for one small project we brought someone else in and the results speak for themselves. The work done by the other contractor is already falling apart. All of Refine's work is standing the test of time. James has a great sense of space and helps with the planning process, his crews are amazing. They do great work and are a pleasure to have in our home. Many we now consider friends. We have one more job on this current house and no doubt we will turn to Refine again and not have to worry about a thing.
We have our living room total redone by Refine few years ago. They did an excellent job back then and we decided to have our bathroom done a few years later. That also turns out very satisfactory.
After consulting many different renovation companies in the Edmonton area, we decided to use James Belovich and Refine Renovations for our basement redevelopment.
We found James and his team at Refine to be prompt, accurate in their estimating and trustworthy. Their craftsmanship was excellent with good eye for detail.
Since we did our basement, we had them come in a second time to do a smaller renovation in our living room. Again, they did an excellent job and we are extremely pleased with the results.
I do not hesitate at all in recommending James and the Refine Renovations team. You get what you pay for!

They were on time, the workmanship was top quality and the quote was $30K less than what we were quoted by another renovator to do a less impressive job.
