DryBuddy and DryBuddyEZ is a total sham. Do not buy this product. The owner and operator, Randy Karrh, does not care whether the product works or not. I work with individuals with special needs and helped a client order this device back in August, 2014. The purpose of the alarm was to alert staff of enuresis (or unintentional voiding of the bladder while asleep) to ensure that the client did not experience skin break down from lying in urine-soaked bed overnight. nRandy Karrh, owner and operator of DryBuddy.com, could not care less that the device did not work. To begin, Randy did not want to speak to me as my name was not listed as the purchaser of the device. The person who ordered the device was reimbursed by a client who is NON-VERBAL. After getting over this barrier, Randy offered to look over the device and check for any issues. Randy provided me with an RMA# to write on the package so that the item could be properly attended to and tracked; however, he provided me with the WRONG NUMBERu2014short just one digit. This resulted in the package being u201cmisplacedu201d. Canu2019t same I was surprised. After months of trying to coordinate the replacement of a device that never worked, Randy lied and stated that my client (who paid nearly $200 for the broken device) would receive a BRAND NEW DryBuddyEZ to replace the original item that never worked. This was Dec. 1st, 2015. We have yet to receive this u201cnew deviceu201d. This has been an 18 month process of trying to work with this human-piece-of-crap. NO THANK YOU!!!
