I wanted to check out why the Rogue SUV is Nissan's bestseller in Canada and America so I visited Brampton North Nissan after the good reviews I read on the internet about the dealership. Lucky enough I was met at the showroom by Mr. Hassan Tariq Alvi, one of their Sales Consultant. Hassan was very knowledgeable and knows all the facts and figures about the vehicle I was interested to lease. He had the patience to answer all my questions and showed so much enthusiasm to help me achieve the best options and deals for my trade in and monthly payments. So I ended up leasing the top of the line Nissan Rogue SL Premium. Hassan explained and demonstrated to me the features and capabilities of the vehicle during the delivery / turnover.

And with further help and explanations from their Business Manager, Mr. Jack Yardemian I was able to get good deals for all the vehicle protection packages.

So anyone interested to buy or lease any of the Nissan vehicle models you are in good hands with the people at Brampton North Nissan, especially look for Mr. Hassan Tariq Alvi and Mr. Jack Yardemian.

I have to share my experience at Brampton North Nissan because what they did for me, I thought was not possible.
Shwana Moradi made it possible for me to be a proud owner of a fully loaded 2016 Nissan Rogue SL AWD.
Right from the beginning I felt that he had a challenge on his hands and it took him only a day to tell me that I can pick up the vehicle within a couple days.

After many months of going back and forth from dealer to dealer, and feeling pushed and rushed by other sales people, Alassandra Rodriguez came into my life. My experience at the Brampton North Nissan dealership was rather enjoyable. The staff was courteous and kind; they even offered me a slice of pizza while I waited. Andre Green, my sales consultant, was friendly and helpful, and when I asked questions about this particular vehicle, he answered them thoroughly. The financial services manager, Loredana Sima, was polite and had a good sense of humour.

Everyone at the dealer seemed in good spirits, which made the place feel cheerful. I would definitely recommend this dealer to others.

I would like to express my wonderful experience with sales representative Annmaria Maksimovic from Brampton North Nissan. My husband purchased my 2016 Murano on Valentine's Day and our sales lady Annmaria went out of her way to have my new SUV decorated with balloons and rose petals to surprise me . She took her time and explained all the features in my new car and even called after to see how we were enjoying our new vehicle best experience ever .

I would like to share my experince I had at Brampton Nissan. I went in looking for a Lexus and saw a beautiful 2009 Lexus is 250 series on the lot and feel in love with it. Jason Godard come out to the lot introduced him self. I told him I love the Lexus and he gave me some infomation about it. Jason was great good customer service and made us feel welcomed. We took it for a test drive and Jason made us feel so comfortable it was like we knew him for ever. I was comfortable with the price and he showed us the car facts right up front. The experince was graet and I would definetlay recommend my friends and family to the dealership.He even called to see how everything was going and I must say I am loving my new sexy lexie!! Thanks Jason!!!!

Submitted request online for information on a used suv, was then bombarded with emails by Muhammed. He called me on Saturday afternoon and I agreed to go in Monday to view the vehicle I was interested in. He then sent me an appointment email stating the vehicle I was interested in. Went in Monday after work (an hour away from me) only to be left waiting for 10 minutes while they found out who was helping me. Everyone else refused to even show me the car since I belonged to someone else's sale, even though the dealership was empty. Apparently this same sales person sold the car on Saturday and did not have the common sense to call and let me know. Fellow salesman was bad mouthing him behind his back.. saying that he was going to sell the car to me anyways to "teach him a lesson"... very unprofessional and uncomfortable. After 30 minutes I was told the car was not even on site for me to view so I left as they waved their arms in confusion through the window. I will NEVER go back to this dealership and warn friends and family to do the same. If I could give it less than 1 star, I would.

Bought a car at Brampton North Nissan and Jack Yardmian (Manager) cheated on bill of sale. When i complaint to Asgar Molu (General Manager at Brampton North Nissan) he try to get mad on me and said bottom line is you signed bill of sale and story is over. I was surprised for $500 they can loose the client. So my advise beware of Jack Yardmian (Manager) and Asgar Molu (General Manager) at Brampton North Nissan.

On March 18 / 2013 My wife took her 2002 Nissan Pathfinder into the Brampton Nissan Dealer to get an electrical problem fix which was causing the ELEC IGN 7.5 Amp fuse to blow periodically causing an unsafe vehicle operating condition of the power windows, power door locks and the gear shifter not to work at all....however replacing the fuse put all functions back working as designed by manufacture for a few days or even weeks sometimes months so my wife decided to finally get the problem fix however that was not the case after approaching the service advisor 8355 Mr.Chelvin Jennings and spending over one thousand dollars.... I was told its the remote starter causing this problem since the remote starter was not a OEM product, also I was told the shifter was a problem and needed replacement, My wife agreed on replacement of part as per diagnosis report and disconnection of remote starter & replacement part returned as per phone conversation with Mr. Jennings on March 18 and myself (husband) if this will finally solved our problem...to my surprise the problem is still there and part not returned. My wife contacted the dealer and was told she have to pay another diagnostic charge cause it maybe some different problem and I disagree since its only been 3 1/2 months the repair was done and they didn't find the real problem in the first place so how could they possibly know it's some different problem...Service labour and parts are 1 year or 20,000 km...
I was talking to the service manager (Carlos)on July 16/2013 at 10am on the phone and he abruptly ended the conversation after approximately 10 minutes when he realized he was cornered and couldn't answer any of my questions intelligently, and told my wife which was at the location she's not welcome back at the dealership anymore and to leave...this is unacceptable Auto Service/repairs and unacceptable behavior from a service manager!!!
Very poor display of management and all what the company stands for in Service Customer Satisfaction....I personally don't recommend this Dealer to anyone...
