I decided to use culture realty about 3 years ago to list my property because the fees were lower than some competitors. I used randall weese. I decided to use them after they made an agreement that they would have an open house immediately and that the property would be listed in the mls by the following week. 1 week later it was not listed on the mls. They cancelled the open house and did no advertising whatsoever. They did not put any of those obligations in writing on the contract so I could not come back on them later.

I cancelled the agreement with them after 3 weeks of excuses.

The agent i used after them had the house sold in 2 weeks. She created a bidding war environment which enabled us to squeeze maximum value from the property.
