Nanda and Associates Lawyers

I used to be Marvin Talsky customer, so I am was returning for his services, but my services were handled elsewhere since he joined another firm. I end up working for the lawyers office in the last day, 1 day before closing I had to call my insurance company as the cabinet will not do it to receive the property binder. An experience i never had before with other real estate lawyers. The amount of stress taken for this purchase is beyond limits. Being asked in many occasions by the clerk who handled my file for the information I already provide it before was one of the weird things happening, totally disorganized office. They would not explain things to you properly. Over a month before closing they were told everything about the purchase. They work on your file just few days before closing. Lender asked this lawyer office 3 weeks before the closing for info, but they only looked in to it couple of days before the closing putting me to work for the office ... of course if I want things to go good. I was told a fee, they charge way more, is another surprise I had to take. It is what it is. It seems this office worked against me not for me.

I had filed a civil litigation suite in Ontario Court related to the extension of the parking space in certain category of homes. I consulted Nanda Lawyers and their response has been positive.
