Good enough

We stayed there a year ago and my wife was sexually assaulted by the maintenance personal that entered the room with his master key card. After the rape kit was done, she was denied access to the room but was let in only after calling the metropolitan police again. They seemed to be family owned and the manager (tony) is a damn liar even to their head office as the head office. Was told he was not there but he was sitting right beside the clerk reviewing the tapes. This location has red flagged my name to super 8 (not that I would stay at this or any super 8 because their head office never even contacted me to see why they were flagging my name tells me head office condones and approves all their franchises words). We just finished trial and he pleaded guilty to sexual assault and is on the national registry list of sex offenders. Head office never apologizes or offered a refund and as action speaks louder than words, this means super 8 hotel head office allows such behavior towards all their locations. If the management keeps removing my post I will post daily about this incident.
