Worst Incompetent Travel Agent and Agency
Booked with Claudia Lemme in March 2014 for travel November 2014, and at that time I said we require bulk head or exit rows and I was willing to pay for them, (I have talked with Air Transat 4 times in the last 24 hours...they have informed me seat selection could and should have been done with our deposit back in March 2014) Claudia dropped the ball and no bullhead or exit rows where booked for the family of 5 traveling for over 7 hours, all over 6' tall...
Over the last 6 months Claudia took 3-7 days to respond to my emails, if at all!!
When family ask me for info on the resort they had booked (Claudia's response was the bride and groom should have sent you the info out)
Claudia disclosed to me finanicial information that one of the groups credit cards was declined for payment
Charge final payment on travallers credit cards in out group without confirming their travel
Claudia told a group of 2 travelers if they cancelled that the bride and groom would be responible for their payment.
When I asked the owner/manager for help her response was
FIRST
"'thank you for getting in touch and advising me about your unsatisfactory experience.
as you are probably aware, Claudia is an independent, self-employed agent who is working from outside of our office location."'
SECONDLY
"Quest Travel is unable to assist, and I understand that you have already had many conversations with Transat, therefore I am unfortunately unable at this point to give you further options. "'
