Saif's Esso

3:30am i go to the gas station the guy tells me he is mopping and has to wait for the floor to dry he doesn't want anyone walking on the floor Ok i will wait . When asked how long he just smiles at me waving goodbye taunting me and walks away i knock on the door a little hard trying to get his attention asking him how long he would not answer me .I started to clean my windows at the pump 5min later i try to pump gas he tells me the system is now resetting understandable. When i asked him how come someone was pumping gas when i pulled up not being rude at all wondering if i could just pay at the pump he freaked out telling me to come inside if i got a problem and deal with it yelling trying to get me to fight him or get me to threaten him so he can call the police i am not that kind of person so i told him i will just file a complaint . He was very rude and kept repeating come inside and deal with it so i walked inside and asked him the same thing he told me that nobody pumped gas whatever i said i will just wait for the system to reset and call head office on him in the morning for being so rude and trying to get me to fight him . He told me that i was threatening him witch i did not i didn't even raise my voice swear or be rude back except calling him a old man and telling him i am not going to argue with him and give him a reason to call the police and if i did it would have been on camera and he would have called the police he was trying to get a rise out of me yelling telling me lets deal with it i told him to calm down old man i am not going to argue with u the only rude thing i said to him . When i searched the Saifs Esso i found out they have been robbed by gun point 18 months ago maybe that is the reason they are on edge . The man was 50+ years old so i was not going to get into a yelling match with him i waited 10min with a few other cars then went to leave telling him he was very rude to me and tried to get a pic of his name tag so i can call head office later that day because he had an Indian name and i would not be able to remember it . Whatever happened to good customer service it is not hard to answer a simple question like how long do u think it will take to reopen if he told me i do not know instead of just smiling and waving goodbye and walking away ignoring me that was very rude . This man should have to go to anger management class and learn how to control his temper . He also needs to go back to ESL class not being rude but his English was very bad . I also have his picture and will create a Facebook page for people to write post if the same guy was rude to them i bet it will not take long for it to get a few post from people that had a rude encounter with the same Esso employee then i will take it to head office . In the photo u can see him pointing at the door trying to get me to come inside so he can argue with me i asked him his name he just kept motioning me to come inside i told him he was very rude to me . I took this pic and walked away he did not like that and started to look at my license plate number as i drove to the next station Markham n Lawrence witch the guy was super nice .
