This company is not even worth half of a star. The website says "work Guaranteed"! Not reality. The only work that is guaranteed is the fact they will not do the job right, and will not fix it. Avoid at all cost!

Well jennifer, I had them come in to do a simple plumbing for a bathroom renovation. At the end of the day, the toilet wasn't mounted properly on the seal so I ended up with a leak. I had to make about a dozen calls before I finally spoke with someone. When messages were left, no phone call was returned. I had to call from a different phone so they would finally pick up the call. Finally they agreed to send someone out but not until a week and half later. End result, I had to pay another company $150 to come out to repair the leak.

Stay away, they do not do the work properly, and when you ask them back to fix the problem they caused, you will not get them out. Trevor, the owner and call taker for the business, is nice when he gets the job, and RUDE when you need them back to fix. Oh yeah, you can't get them back to fix anything because they have absolutely no follow up service or ethics. I almost forgot, they are not even licensed or permitted to install anything with gas, or are they permitted to even operate in some municipalities. Save yourself the hassle, spend a few more dollars and get a "reputable" company.
