Randy Celebrini Physiotherapy, Surrey Reviews (1)
Beware of going to this physio. I never written a review but feel complied to write this.
FIRST, he charges $275 for "assessment" which is a waste of money - did not provide any medical use whatsoever.
SECOND, he provides extended health physio claim receipts, which implies he's responsible for physio treatment, but he's not there for treatments. He hires "junior trainers" to conduct on field training and Randy is not there to oversee the training. He visits once in a while.
THIRD, he provides recommendations to young athelets without any communication or progress reports to parents. In fact, he recommended my daughter to return to soccer practice on same day after 1.5 hours of physio treatment. So 3 hours of training for someone who's recovering from knee surgery. She tore her knee again at the practice, likely due to fatigue. Now another painful knee surgery and long recovery. I'm not sure how he's able to provide this type of advice when he's not attending the physio "treatments".
FOURTH, lack of good judgement, and due diligence in his "care" for his patients. He doesn't care for his patients except for how much money he can make from them. He forces you to sign up for 2x weekly physio session at $75 a session, provides no flexibility for clients schedules (eg: you miss session, you lose the money), and he's not even there to provide his "expertise". I truly regret going to him for physio treatment and would like to warn others before they sign up.
