I’m writing this review after a minor garbage dispute between me and the janitor turned into the NOVI property manager “Eric” getting in my face and trying to get me to fight him while threatening to have me evicted. I felt harassed and probably should have called the police but he said it would make trouble. This is unacceptable. As far as the building goes the supers are okay but I believe what the other reviewer said. Building is dirty overall and does stink to many degrees. Laundry room is terrible and the pool is as well. Do not use either. Poor heating too, heaters don’t function properly and water won’t go hot once or twice a week. Do not move here unless you have absolutely no choice

The worse building and the worse superintendent ever. Never rent here if you have any other option in whole Toronto.

Too many dogs (Small to Big) and too many children and the worst thing is bad smell. The exhausts are not working so even if you don't cook you would have enough smell in your apartment.

Super is very rude and her husband is maintenance who will blame you for every problem if you asked him for fixing it.

"They are so rude that while i was leaving they didn't even bother to give me 24 hr notice for showing the apartment to the prospective tenant" Said by other user. Same thing with me and she is expecting a clean apartment. when i asked her about notice she said no there is no notice.
