TA DA Connection/ A Gallery of floors has provided me with nothing but headaches and problems! I delt with David Kadlec whom in my opinion has no regard for customer service whatsoever. Defective hardwood flooring was installed in my livingroom and diningroom. All complaints were passed along to the manufacturer, which caused huge time delays. My floor sat with boards actually missing for months, forcing me to cancel Christmas dinner and a planned New Years Eve party ( since it was an injury hazzard). It was only the manufacturers rep that has saved my sanity through this whole experiance. As of now there is one small issue left and David Kadlec of A Gallery of Floors has left me high and dry, he actually hung up on me (after the first irate phone call I have EVER made after 8 monthes of being patient and polite) I have NEVER made over the top demands and given them pleanty of leeway.
So after this terrible experiance I advise ALL who ask to stay clear!.

Soon after speaking to product reps I recieved a curt email that a gallery of floors (TA DA connection) would be by to replace the cracked board. And they were, that week actually. The replacment took a total of 15 minutes and was even better then I expected it too be. Now was that really worth all this hassel? In the end I did recieved a great product (thank-you Lauzon ~Betula Antique~) and it was properly installed (after monthes of limbo). So after reading many reviews on flooring stores buyer beware. If there is any problem with the product you have bought they are very hands off acting only as a middle man between you and the manufacturer. Good luck. And have plenty of patience!
