Mapleview Family Dentistry

After 11 years my family will be finding a new dentist. The receptionist was so rude and argumentative to me when I called to make appointments I had enough and told her to forget it. We will not be returning to this practice.

My family of 7 went here as it was in our neighborhood and reviews were good. I agree that the staff or family must be writing the reviews as we found them extremely rude and unprofessional. The dentists are aggressive and unprofessional, question if they are actually even registered dentists as they were so bad. One of my fillings fell right out in less than 1 year. Had constant billing issues also, was overcharged numerous times. We have benefits and were being billed huge amounts that they would later correct and apologize for, but it happened everytime we went. Reception staff were argumentative if they even spoke English and extremely rude and unprofessional. The only positive were they have some good hygienists. We have switched dentists and wouldn't suggest anyone to go to this dental office. They should be investigated to confirm that the people acting as dentists are actually qualified dental professionals.

I'm in my 50s and this is the best dental office I have ever visited. The personnel are polite, considerate and efficient. The dentistry itself is second to none. I find this very reassuring with all the Covid nonsense around. Highly recommend.

They must be rating it themselves on the link above because I agree with the comments from the posts within here. My family is switching asap because we had enough. They are very rude and I wish the work I had done was insured because I couldn't even get floss through my teeth after a filling was done not to long ago and there was nothing they could do about it. Doctor Kapour, not sure if I spelled it right, was very rude to his assistant the entire hour he repaired a filling for me when he used to come on mondays. So I would not recommend going to either of his two dental offices. Hope this is informative.

Sucks that I had to select atleast 1 star cause this is actually a 0 star rating. Receptionists are suppose to be your business's first impression, it's unfortunate that yours is so rude because your orthodontist is actually a sweetheart. Second guessing on giving this dentisty my business. You can thank your receptionist.

unorganized, and very rude to their own staff. I also noticed the dentist being rather rude to one patients child. This would never fly with me. Incredibly disappointed with these people

Constantly cancelling and rescheduling my appointments,and if you complain they won't let you come with your child for her orthodontic appointment. Very rude, talks about you in French but didn't know I am French.

Very expensive , took my daughter there for teeth cleaning first charge was too much despite the %80 my insurance company were charged.i will never go there again ,and i contacted the Ontario dental association for a complaint.
