This company will leave your parcel anywhere, not only was my package two days late, when they finally did deliver it, they left it outside, when it was raining!!!!
UPS has the worst customer service which is in Asia Pacific. There are two robotic phone nos 1-800-258-4393 and 1-800-742-5877 and you waste time listening to their messages. I need to speak with a person not a robot. My parcel was delived in the evening when I am working. I finally was able to speak with a real person and requested to have my parcel re-delivered the next day at a certain time. I hope they will do it. I will never again deal with UPS. This company should go out of business since it is not capable to give quality service.
Package sent from California to Canada one attempt to deliver and no door Knockers package sent back to sender in US. Lame company, Use at your Own risk.
Good concept. You can have a real address. Service is good.
