Screwed up my husband's cell phone so bad it shouldn't even get a rating. They are trying to tell us that it is his phone yet the only thing that doesn't work on it is the Network for calling...strange, we have all the other features and no damage so should work right?!? Nope, they didn't tell him about additional charges, messed up the activation and he was (keyword WAS) a loyal customer of 6 and a half years. This pissed him off so bad it has made him switch carriers ...sorry Telus be we didn't like what we had so we changed it up.
