Goemans Appliances Markham

Been waiting four months for our dishwasher, two months for washer and drier which was on stock (but not the stacking kit). Keep getting emails demanding payment, but we were told that we only need to start making payments after delivery. Keep getting the run-around from them. Today, we were told that the washer that was supposed to be delivered to us now has been delivered to someone else. Covid aside, we have been very patient, but enough is enough now. Please get your act together and deliver. This is not the way you should do business.

Even in lockdown Frank took the time to recommend a number of appliances that suited our very specific needs and went above and beyond to send us specifications and a video of the appliance we chose. He was very professional and knowledgeable about Goemans products. Any purchases in the future will be made with Frank. John I

We purchased several appliances from the Markham Goemans store. The staff was very knowledgeable, polite and accommodating, especially Tim. Excellent customer service, reasonable prices and would definitely recommend them.

We purchased appliances and were very pleased with the personal service and expertise that we received from Sonal Sharma at the Markham store. He made sure that all our questions were answered and went the extra mile to make certain that no details concerning delivery or installation details were overlooked.

Bought a fridge at the store; the salesperson was really nice during the sales. After the sales, he wasn’t much help. Fridge was on back ordered, and no one called to inform us about it. I found out about the issue when I called to confirm my delivery. Maria tried to help by trying in vain to get us a loaner fridge. Waited almost a month for the fridge to come in. The delivery was very professional.

It started with Dave , who pointed out a number of appliances and stoves. We were in and out in under an hour. Delivery was smooth except the first fridge we ordered would not fit through kitchen door. Dave took care of having appliance returned and set us up with a fridge that was right for us. Delivery people took into account that being home at certain times were difficult and accommodated a second delivery that went very smoothly. The entire process was seamless , we had to go without a fridge for two weeks but that was our fault not the company. Great experience

Amit from Goemans at Woodbine store helped us. We knew what we wanted and he gave us the best deal possible. All the staff at the store was very professional, courteous and helpful. We are very satisfied with the service and would recommend the store to our friends.

Sonal the salesperson was very helpful. Informed us of how long our fridge was going to take and gave us option of canceling the order if we decided to or getting a different one that was in stock.

Very helpful sales associates! I had to reschedule my delivery several times, but the staff was very accomodating. Delivery and installation crews were also very good. Would definitely go to Goemans again.
